Summer has officially begun in North Lake Tahoe and Truckee! The Truckee River is flowing and full of rafters on the lazy float. Fishermen are out, testing their skills against the trout that are running upstream. Boats are abundant on Donner and Tahoe with the lakeside restaurants and bars clamoring with smiling faces. Mountain biking and hiking trails are clear with trail heads parked full of adventurers setting out to find their next thrill or escape into the wilderness. Yes, the busy season is in full swing which means it is also the best time of year to list your home!

Tahoe Lifestyle

Each year the Tahoe region receives 15 million visitors, with the bulk of this coming from May – September, and the peak in July and August. With nearly perfect weather day in and day out, schools being on summer break, foliage in full bloom, and water temperatures warm, Tahoe is in full swing during these months. It is a time when people who are visiting the area for the first time fall in love with the area, and those who have been visiting for years decide it is time to own a property here. I found Brandon while searching online for an agent to purchase property in Tahoe. I emailed and called several agents, and Brandon was not only the first to respond immediately, but also the only one to respond for a week! I'm absolutely glad that he did because he was exactly the person we needed to work with. After just one meeting he was able to quickly assess our needs. We live in the Bay Area so our time to view properties was limited. Brandon did the leg work to personally view the properties we were interested in and eliminate the ones he knew were not a good fit so we didn't waste precious time during our few weekends in Tahoe.
