Brandon Walsh
In 2009 Brandon moved to North Lake Tahoe as a full-time resident to join the Squaw Valley Ski Patrol. In an effort to combine his love for skiing and desire to help others, he found himself right at home. Feeling the satisfaction from combining two things he enjoyed, Brandon took the same approach when transferring his talents to real estate in 2014 and joined the family-owned Tahoe Real Estate Group.

I've known Brandon for a long long time. I just bought my first ever home with him and it was obnoxiously easy. He did all the work, I just signed documents online. It was really nice for me to be able to continue my normal (read busy) life and have him do all the legwork. We went above and beyond and even did some painting for me, ha. The house was handed over to me in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. Thx, Brandon

He is extremely knowledgeable about the region and process, is friendly/kind/reliable and goes above and beyond to support his clients.I was lucky to work with Brandon to purchase my first home. The first time we met, he spent time bringing me up to speed on different neighborhoods and shared lots of stats/tips. Throughout the process, Brandon answered countless questions and helped me think through tradeoffs of different homes. Lisa was a great partner as well to ensure all paperwork was streamlined too.Brandon went above and beyond on many occasions - meeting a contractor at my home, taking late night phone calls to walk through inspection reports, etc. I truly felt that he was vested in finding me the home that would be the best fit for me.

I found Brandon while searching online for an agent to purchase property in Tahoe. I emailed and called several agents, and Brandon was not only the first to respond immediately, but also the only one to respond for a week! I'm absolutely glad that he did because he was exactly the person we needed to work with. After just one meeting he was able to quickly assess our needs. We live in the Bay Area so our time to view properties was limited. Brandon did the leg work to personally view the properties we were interested in and eliminate the ones he knew were not a good fit so we didn't waste precious time during our few weekends in Tahoe. He is professional, but also down to earth. We appreciated his knowledge of the area and each neighborhoods characteristics. I would not hesitate to work with Brandon for our next purchase.
