I highly recommend working with Brandon if you’re purchasing a home in the Tahoe area! He is extremely knowledgeable about the region and process, is friendly/kind/reliable and goes above and beyond to support his clients.I was lucky to work with Brandon to purchase my first home. The first time we met, he spent time bringing me up to speed on different neighborhoods and shared lots of stats/tips. Throughout the process, Brandon answered countless questions and helped me think through tradeoffs of different homes. Lisa was a great partner as well to ensure all paperwork was streamlined too.Brandon went above and beyond on many occasions - meeting a contractor at my home, taking late night phone calls to walk through inspection reports, etc. I truly felt that he was vested in finding me the home that would be the best fit for me.

I found Brandon while searching online for an agent to purchase property in Tahoe. I emailed and called several agents, and Brandon was not only the first to respond immediately, but also the only one to respond for a week! I'm absolutely glad that he did because he was exactly the person we needed to work with. After just one meeting he was able to quickly assess our needs. We live in the Bay Area so our time to view properties was limited. Brandon did the leg work to personally view the properties we were interested in and eliminate the ones he knew were not a good fit so we didn't waste precious time during our few weekends in Tahoe. He is professional, but also down to earth. We appreciated his knowledge of the area and each neighborhoods characteristics. I would not hesitate to work with Brandon for our next purchase.
