  2. Utilize Job Boards: Weeks before the official start of the summer season, make a habit of regularly checking job boards like CoolWorks, Indeed, and LinkedIn for the latest postings. This is before the Memorial Day weekend. Summer in Lake Tahoe lasts until early September.
  3. Attend Job Fairs: Local universities and community centers often host job fairs where you can meet potential employers face-to-face.
  4. Network Locally: If you’re already in the area, use local connections and visit businesses directly to inquire about openings. You can also utilize your Facebook or other social media connections to know who’s hiring.
  5. Be Prepared for Busy Periods: Understand that peak tourist times, like the Fourth of July, are critical for employers, and availability during these times is often essential.

By following these tips and utilizing the resources available, you can increase your chances of landing a great summer job in Lake Tahoe and enjoy all the beauty and excitement this area has to offer while working.

I've known Brandon for a long long time. I just bought my first ever home with him and it was obnoxiously easy. He did all the work, I just signed documents online. It was really nice for me to be able to continue my normal (read busy) life and have him do all the legwork. We went above and beyond and even did some painting for me, ha. The house was handed over to me in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. Thx, Brandon

His local expertise and deep understanding of every Tahoe neighborhood allowed us to identify the perfect location and when the right house came on the market we were able to be the first offer in and purchase the perfect house for our family.

I highly recommend working with Brandon if you’re purchasing a home in the Tahoe area! He is extremely knowledgeable about the region and process, is friendly/kind/reliable and goes above and beyond to support his clients.I was lucky to work with Brandon to purchase my first home. The first time we met, he spent time bringing me up to speed on different neighborhoods and shared lots of stats/tips. Throughout the process, Brandon answered countless questions and helped me think through tradeoffs of different homes. Lisa was a great partner as well to ensure all paperwork was streamlined too.Brandon went above and beyond on many occasions - meeting a contractor at my home, taking late night phone calls to walk through inspection reports, etc. I truly felt that he was vested in finding me the home that would be the best fit for me.

I found Brandon while searching online for an agent to purchase property in Tahoe. I emailed and called several agents, and Brandon was not only the first to respond immediately, but also the only one to respond for a week! I'm absolutely glad that he did because he was exactly the person we needed to work with. After just one meeting he was able to quickly assess our needs. We live in the Bay Area so our time to view properties was limited. Brandon did the leg work to personally view the properties we were interested in and eliminate the ones he knew were not a good fit so we didn't waste precious time during our few weekends in Tahoe. He is professional, but also down to earth. We appreciated his knowledge of the area and each neighborhoods characteristics. I would not hesitate to work with Brandon for our next purchase.
